Championships in Ski Orienteering include the U.S. Championships and World Championships.
Placings in the U.S. Ski Orienteering championships, as well as at other Ski orienteering events in the U.S. and around the world, are considered when selecting the U.S. Ski orienteering Team that attends the World Ski orienteering championships.
The 2014 U.S. Ski Orienteering Championships will be hosted by CSU, GMOC, and the U.S. Ski-O Team at the Trapp Family Lodge, Stowe, Vermont, March 14-16, 2014. The Championships include Sprint, Middle, Long races. Clinics will be taught by U.S. Ski-O Team members.
The 2012 North American and U.S. Ski Orienteering Championships took place at the Sierra Ski Orienteering Tour, January 28-February 5, 2012. World Cup racing, round 1 for 2012, also took place at this event.
